Annual Review Coaching

At the end or beginning of the year….

At the end of one year and beginning of another, our thoughts invariably turn to taking stock of what we have accomplished, the choices we have made, what lies ahead and how we can shape our future.

Sometimes you can do this self-assessment and planning effectively on your own, but often you achieve better, more lasting results if you work with a dedicated coach in your personal annual review process.

The coach provides structure, guidance and a sounding board for your ideas.

I offer quarterly and annual intensive reviews, generally as a three-hour session (in person) or two 90-minute sessions, with a shorter call or meeting before and after to set the stage beforehand and continue the implementation thereafter.

This review can be coupled with regular weekly or monthly coaching or can be elected on its own for a deep dive.

In each annual review, we focus on three major areas during our three hours together:

  • Review/Assessment to Date
  • Goals, Plans, Challenges and Opportunities
  • Your Value Proposition

Here are some examples, which can be tailored to an individual client.
