Executive Leadership Cohorts (2022-2023)

Welcome to the official launch page for the Executive Leadership Cohorts (2022-2023) with Segal Coaching LLC.

This cohort program is an expansion of Ms. Segal’s Confidence Coaching Cohort and comprises up to 25 executives among two levels of cohorts who will meet twice monthly from September 2022 to February 2023.


The Executive Leadership Cohorts are designed to support members as they:

significantly accelerate their professional advancement without compromising their health or sanity, 

achieve meaningful, sustainable transformation to align their careers with their own values and priorities, and

join a community of allies who are on a similar path.

Cohorts facilitate and accelerate your trajectory by fostering two key indicators of effective leadership: (1) a heightened ability to move beyond “how it’s always been done” with an informed, innovative and high-level (macro) view (across organizations, geographies, industries, approaches, etc.) and (2) the confidence to lead with momentum and make things happen. The Cohorts program includes group and individual coaching while providing a forum for feedback, support from and meaningful bonds with a diverse group of fellow executives. These bonds can continue well beyond the initial program and serve the basis for a new “personal board of advisors” to help you weather challenges and leverage opportunities.

The program centers around five themes:

The Executive Leadership Cohorts (2022-2023) program with Segal Coaching LLC includes two distinct cohorts of up to 25 senior leaders and executives, who will meet twice monthly in each of September, October and November 2022 and January and February 2023. Each member will also meet individually with Ms. Segal for two 45-minute coaching sessions.

All meetings will be held online in a video-conferencing format (likely over Zoom).

Senior Leadership Cohort (SL or Senior Exec):

Two groups of up to 5 members each (up to 10 total).

SL members will have held a team leadership position with high organizational impact for 5-10+ years. They also may hold a C-Suite, EVP or SVP role.

These members will generally have career experience of 18- 25+ years following an advanced professional degree (e.g., JD or MBA); or 6-10+ years following a PhD; or 25+ years following college, military or foundational work experience.

Executive Cohort (EC or Exec):

Two groups of up to 7-8 members each (up to 15 total).

EC members will hold a significant leadership role, making a meaningful impact on key organizational objectives and interacting with members of senior management and/or the board, investors or other relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.

They also will generally have career experience of 10-20+ years and an advanced degree such as a JD or MBA or 4-6+ years following a PhD or 20+ years and rapid successive advancement.

[Please note that, given early responses and requests for membership, the criteria for the Executive Cohort has been upwardly revised since the Cohorts were announced on June 9, 2022.]

Cohort members will have achieved considerable success in their careers but know they are capable of increasing their personal influence, impact and results.


To take advantage of the Cohort format, members should choose one primary meeting day for cohort meetings and may attend one meeting (over the five months) on the alternate day to avoid conflicts with other obligations.

Cohort members will also meet once a month with a smaller group (2-3 senior executives), scheduled at the convenience of the members. These meetings will provide opportunities to get to know the cohort better and meet new colleagues from the other group.

These cohorts are offered on a selective basis. Prospective members will be screened in the interests of creating a supportive, diverse (in all respects other than choice of profession) and compatible group in terms of seniority, experience, needs and interests.
