Cohort members will have achieved considerable success in their careers but know they are capable of increasing their personal influence, impact and results.
The Confidence Coaching cohort is limited to women who are currently (and have been for 5+ years) in a high-level leadership role at a public or private company or large-scale non-profit organization.
The program has three components: full cohort discussions, small-group meetings and an individual coaching session. Specifically, members will meet once each month as a group with Anne Marie Segal, as cohort facilitator, for six months (i.e., six 90-minute sessions) and once each month for five months in a self-led group of 2-3 cohort members (i.e., five 45-minute sessions). Each member will also meet directly with Ms. Segal for an individual coaching session during the six-month period.
Meeting Dates and Times
12 sessions over six months
Cohort members will have 12 sessions over the course of six months.
Cohort discussions: Six 90-minute sessions over six months on each of the dates below (all Thursdays except April 11) to be held at 12:00-1:30 pm ET / 11:00 am-12:30 pm CT / 9:00-10:30 am PT. Ms. Segal will facilitate these discussions.
Cohort session dates: January 5, February 2, March 9, April 11, May 11 and June 8, 2023
Individual coaching session: One 45-minute session to be scheduled at the participant’s and Ms. Segal’s mutual availability.
Cohort-led, small-group sessions: Five 45-minute sessions over five months (one per month), as scheduled among the small-group members.
All meetings and events will be held online, so there is no travel or commute time to attend.
Cohort Criteria and Membership
This cohort will be offered on a selective basis and is open to six senior women leaders. Prospective members will be screened in the interests of creating a mutually supportive and compatible group in terms of seniority, experience, needs and interests.

To effectuate change, offer mutual support and ensure a robust program, Cohort members are expected to be active participants. Members who repeatedly miss sessions or fail to actively engage in discussions may be asked to withdraw from the program.

As of October 19, 2022, all qualified applications will be reviewed and considered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pricing and Payments
Cost of the program:
Payment is due within five (5) business days of acceptance of your application, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance. Payment information will be sent to individuals approved to join the Cohort at the email address provided in the application or, if your organization will be covering the fees, to the individual you designate.
10% discount for (1) veterans or active military members and (2) any members of a prior or concurrent Cohort program or clients of Segal Coaching LLC.
We recognize that conflicts or emergencies may arise and you may need to withdrawal from the program. To withdrawal, please submit a request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to the costs incurred for program preparation and administration, any cancellation requests are subject to the following:
30 days or more notice (from the start date of the program): 75% tuition reimbursement
29 or less days notice (from the start date of the program): 50% tuition reimbursement
Due to potential cancellations, we will keep a waiting list for entry into the program and (if you are on the list) may contact you if a spot becomes available.
