INTERVIEWING FOR INTROVERTS WORKSHOP
This three-hour workshop will help you significantly increase your confidence level and stand out as “the one they should hire” in the interview process.
The workshop is limited to 12 participants and includes facilitated workshop sessions, smaller group meetings and two 20-minute mock interviews with other members of the workshop.

This workshop will address five significant areas of interviewing:

Talking About Yourself in Interviews
Letting Go of Negativity (By Cultivating Curiosity)
Projecting Confidence
Creating a Two-Way Conversation
Overview of Workshop
Group presentation and discussion: 12:30 to 1:30 pm ET (facilitated by Ms. Segal)
Mock Interview #1: 1:35 to 1:55 pm ET (groups of 2-3 members of the workshop)
Mock Interview #2: 2:00 to 2:20 pm ET (groups of 2-3 members of the workshop)
Overview of small group discussions: 2:20 to 2:30 pm ET (led by Ms. Segal)
Small group discussions: 2:30 to 3:00 pm ET (facilitated by members of the Segal Coaching Team)
Final group Q&A and close: 3:00 to 3:30 pm ET (facilitated by Ms. Segal)
Fee for Workshop
Early-bird rate: $320 (if enrolled by February 10, 2023)
Standard rate: $390
Payment is due within five (5) business days of acceptance of your application and no later than Sunday, February 19, 2023, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance. Payment information will be sent to individuals approved to join the workshop at the email address provided in the application or, if your organization will be covering the fees, to the individual you designate.
10% discount for (1) veterans or active military members and (2) any members of any Cohort program or clients of Segal Coaching LLC.
Please contact Segal Coaching LLC at tshafir@segalcoaching.com if you would like information about the opportunity to schedule one or more mock interviews (following the workshop) at the rate of $225 to $250 per hour. These mock interviews will be conducted by career professionals, in partnership with Segal Coaching LLC, who have demonstrated exceptional facility in the interviewing process.
Participant Criteria
This workshop is geared toward mid-level candidates with at least eight years of work experience at a public or private company or large-scale non-profit organization (or combination thereof). Each workshop participant shall agree to (1) keep all non-public information about other participants confidential, (2) not record any portion of the workshop, (3) submit a current resume at least five (5) days prior to the start of the workshop and (4) complete a short pre-workshop questionnaire.
[Note that the attached flyer will be revised to reflect that senior candidates, with more than 15 years of work experience, are welcome and encouraged to join the workshop.]
